Shipment terms
Why we work FOB only
We sell on FOB (Free On Board) Surabaya. We take full responsibility for your goods, from quality and packing to export documents, customs clearance and port handling, until the cargo is safely loaded on board the vessel. From that moment, ocean freight, insurance and import are arranged by the buyer.

One clear handover point
Responsibility transfers the moment the cargo is on board. No grey areas and no disputes about who is accountable for what.

You control freight & insurance
Use your own forwarder, shipping line and insurer at the rates you negotiate. This is often more economical and lets you track the cargo directly.

We commit to what we control
Quality, packing, documents and loading are fully in our hands, so we stand behind them completely, rather than promising sea transport we cannot control.
