Sample questions
Are samples free? +
Sample terms are agreed per request. The cost depends mostly on the courier to your country. Many buyers send us their own courier account number, which keeps things simple.
How much do you send? +
Enough to judge appearance, aroma and moisture, usually a few hundred grams per grade, and a few beans for vanilla. If you need more for a production trial, tell us.
Will my order match the sample? +
That is the point of the sample. The specification you approve goes into the contract, and before loading we send photos of the prepared goods so you can see them before they leave Surabaya.
Can you send a laboratory report with the sample? +
Tell us early which tests your market or customer requires. We will confirm what we can arrange. Many buyers also test the sample in their own laboratory.
